Two capsules after dinner and two capsules before the bedtime with a large glass of water
Doses may be changed in special conditions so always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions.
If you take more than you should, talk to a doctor or go to the hospital straight away.
If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember it unless it is nearly time for your next dose.
Do not take a double dose (two doses at the same time) to make up for the forgotten dose.

Although the following side effects are not common in everyone, some patients may complain from:
Allergic reactions
Heartburn, diarrhea, nausea, dyspepsia, or constipation
Headache.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant, or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.

Advice To Improve Sleep Quality & Reduce Insomnia
Stick to a sleep schedule. Go to bed at the same time each night and get up at the same time each morning, including on the weekends
Ensure you get enough sleep, most adults require from 6 – 8 hours, so avoid sleeping more than 8 hours
Keep your room cool, dark, and quiet. Remove electronic devices, such as TVs, computers, and smartphones, from the bedroom. Use sleeping mask or snore mask for comfortable sleep.
Avoid heavy or large meals and caffeine within a couple of hours of bedtime. The effects of caffeine can last for several hours, perhaps up to 24 hours, so the chances of it affecting sleep are significant.
Reduce naps as possible and focus on sleeping at night

Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the box/blisters/label. The expiry date refers to the last day of the month.
